EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Please note that all sales are final due to the nature of our products, and sanitary/health concerns. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds of hair extensions.
However, if we made an error with your order (wrong size or colour), please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your product so we can arrange the return and re-shipment of your hair.
Exchanges/returns will be declined if the item has been removed from its original packaging, worn, or has been altered in any way from its original, new condition.
